Be it through the decision to use sustainably sourced, natural and biodegradable materials, environmentally friendly treatments, or the selective selection of environmentally friendly certified partners in production with their highest standards and quality. But also through the choice of manufacturing entirely in Europe. Câlin Doré lives sustainability and environmental awareness down to the smallest detail: Even the labels, the tissue paper and the hygiene stickers come from Europe and are sustainably produced and environmentally friendly.
Sustainable materials
Lyocell™ , developed by the renowned Lenzing AG, is a natural plant cell fiber of the highest quality. This innovative fiber is 100% biodegradable and has a lower carbon footprint than conventional cotton. Lenzing AG produces the fiber from tree bark obtained from sustainable forestry in Europe. Câlin Doré 's fabrics are mainly made of Tencel™ , the fabric woven from lyocell fibers. Lyocell fiber is not only 99.9% sustainable, it can also absorb more than 50% more moisture than cotton. Our fabrics are also dyed and processed free of harmful chemicals.
The material specially developed for the Câlin Doré absorbent pad (patent pending) consists almost exclusively of 100% biodegradable natural fibers and is dyed and processed without harmful chemicals. It makes it possible to completely dispense with a plastic membrane coating in this high-quality hygiene lingerie with an absorbency of up to 5ml of moisture (more than 1 tampon or a panty liner).

The Lingerie Lace
Until now, lingerie lace was mainly woven from synthetic threads and elastane, as these fibers are easier to work with and also offer high elasticity even in delicate designs. These laces are usually unsuitable for very sensitive skin.
Câlin Doré has the demand for the highest level of comfort combined with the protection of planet Earth. After a long search for sustainable lace manufacturers, it was therefore clear that a new, 100% biodegradable lace had to be developed specifically for Câlin Doré . In close cooperation with our suppliers, we have therefore further developed the manufacturing method for conventional lace. Câlin Doré is the world's first lace that is made entirely of biodegradable threads and is completely free of elastane and plastic. This is the only way Câlin Doré can guarantee the highest level of comfort, the best skin compatibility and sustainability.
Lenzing AG
We are pleased to be working closely with one of the world's leading natural fiber manufacturers and inventor of lyocell fiber, Lenzing AG in Austria. Together with the employees of Lenzing AG, we have carefully analyzed the material composition for our lingerie and selected the best eco-certified spinning and weaving mills for our threads and textiles. Thanks to our shared high standards of sustainability and quality, luxury can be felt in every detail at Câlin Doré .
