Usage data

When you visit the Câlin Doré website, "server log files" (data) are transmitted to ensure the website is displayed correctly. Câlin Doré can also receive computer and access data from online and mobile services of other companies, provided that they are social media or advertising partners of Lingerie Swiss Sàrl or participate in the same online advertising networks. The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of GDPR to safeguard legitimate interests in guaranteeing and improving the stability and functionality of the website. The data will not be passed on or used in any other way. However, Lingerie Swiss Sàrl reserves the right to subsequently check the server log files if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

Contact details / profile data, messages & comments

Profile and contact data are personal and demographic information about the person (so-called master data) and individual interests that the customer provides on Câlin Doré when creating their customer account, using the online contact form, online comment function, by phone or by email. Câlin Doré works with trading partners and service providers to process orders. Order information and personal data collected by Câlin Doré are forwarded to the trading partner commissioned with fulfillment and delivery as part of the contract processing. This partner in turn forwards the information to a transport company if it is necessary for delivery. Câlin Doré forwards payment data to the commissioned credit institution as part of the payment processing if this is necessary for the payment processing. The legal basis for the transfer of the data mentioned is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

If the customer has expressly given their consent when ordering and the goods are delivered by the transport service provider DHL (DHL Paket GmbH, Sträßchensweg 10, 53113 Bonn), Câlin Doré will pass on the customer's email address to its trading partner and/or DHL in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR before the goods are delivered for the purpose of coordinating a delivery date or to announce the delivery. When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal, Câlin Doré transmits payment data as part of the payment processing to PayPal (Europe) Sarl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). Hosting

Câlin Doré uses the shop system of the service provider Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland (“Shopify”), for the purpose of hosting and displaying Câlin Doré . All data collected on Câlin Doré is processed on Shopify’s servers. Data for direct marketing - newsletter

At the customer's request, Câlin Doré regularly sends information about offers via email newsletter. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is the customer's email address. The newsletter is only sent to the customer via the double opt-in process if the customer expressly consents to receiving newsletters by clicking on a corresponding link after receiving a confirmation email.

By activating the confirmation link, the customer gives his consent for the use of his personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. When registering for the newsletter, the IP address entered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration are saved in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of the email address at a later date. The data collected when registering for the newsletter is used exclusively for the purposes of advertising via the newsletter. The customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided for this purpose in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to privacy@calindore.com . After unsubscribing, your email address will be immediately deleted from the newsletter distribution list unless the customer has expressly consented to further use of his data or Câlin Doré reserves the right to use the data in any other way, as explained below.

Newsletter delivery via Mailchimp.com
The email newsletter is sent via the technical service provider Mailchimp, 760 Ralph McGill Blvd NE, Atlanta, GA 30312, USA, to whom the data provided when registering for the newsletter is passed on. This transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR and serves the legitimate interest in using an effective, secure and user-friendly newsletter system. The data entered by the customer for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter (e.g. email address) is stored on Mailchimp's servers.
Mailchimp uses this information to send and statistically evaluate the newsletter on behalf of Câlin Doré . For the evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files stored on Câlin Doré . This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked. With the help of so-called conversion tracking, it can also be analyzed whether, for example, a product has been purchased on the website. Technical information such as the time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system is also recorded. The data is collected exclusively in pseudonymized form and is not linked to the customer's personal data. It is used for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). It is used in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f. GDPR. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are stored on the customer's computer and which enable an analysis of the customer's use of Câlin Doré . The following information is generated: browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL, IP address, time of the server request. The information is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The masked IP address transmitted by the customer's browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

On behalf of Lingerie Swiss Sàrl, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The customer can prevent the storage of cookies by setting his browser software accordingly; however, this may partially restrict the functions of the website.

Social network data – “Social Plugins”

Câlin Doré uses social plugins from YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. These plugins allow customers to share content or recommend products, among other things. The plugins can be activated and deactivated by the customer on Câlin Doré by clicking on the "Social Media" button. If this function is activated, the social network can establish a direct connection with the browser as soon as a Câlin Doré page is accessed. The content of the plugin is sent directly from the social network to the browser, which then integrates it into the website. If the customer interacts with the plugins, for example by leaving a comment, the corresponding information is sent directly from the browser to the social network and stored there.

Even if the customer is not logged in to social networks, websites with active social plugins can send data to the networks. This setting can be deactivated in the browser under Settings, function "Block third-party cookies". Deactivating cookies can limit the functionality of the website.

Right to object

The customer has the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data at any time. In the event of an objection, Câlin Doré will no longer process the personal data unless there are compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the customer, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The statutory right to information, correction or deletion of personal data remains unaffected. Customers can view their personal data by sending a request to privacy@calindore.com and find out about the fees that may be incurred in accordance with applicable law. If the statutory right to information, correction or deletion of personal data is asserted , Câlin Doré may, under certain circumstances and in accordance with applicable law, refuse to provide such information or refuse to correct or delete the personal data.

Duration of storage of personal data

When processing personal data for the purpose of direct advertising on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, these data will be stored until the data subject exercises his or her right of objection in accordance with Art. 21 (2) GDPR.

Unless otherwise stated in the explanations given here regarding other specific processing situations, stored personal data will be deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
